HeadshotMaster provides AI-powered image generation services. All purchases of credits or subscriptions grant immediate access to digital services that are consumed upon use. Due to the nature of these instant, irrevocable digital deliverables, all sales are final.

No-Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchases made on HeadshotMaster, including but not limited to:

  • AI generation credit packages
  • Subscription plans (monthly or annual)
  • Any other paid features or add-ons

This policy applies because:

  1. Immediate delivery: Credits are credited to your account instantly upon payment completion.
  2. Digital consumption: AI-generated outputs are produced and delivered in real time and cannot be "returned."
  3. Non-tangible goods: Our services are entirely digital and irrevocable once rendered.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a credit or partial resolution (not a cash refund) in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
  • Service failure: If a verified technical failure on our part resulted in credits being deducted from your account without any output being delivered, and the issue cannot be resolved by re-running the generation.

To report such an issue, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your account email and transaction details. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan:

  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting transaction evidence
  • Pursue recovery of any funds reversed through the chargeback process
